Our clinic is actually located in the heart of Carillon, which is only blocks away from 275, but also offers access from Ulmerton. Specific directions follow:
Directions to St. Petersburg. If you are coming from St. Petersburg, Clearwater and the beaches, take Ulmerton Rd and head east toward Tampa. You will go under an overpass (that is Roosevelt), continue straight for one light after the overpass. You will see a building that says St. Anthony's Carillon Outpatient Center (900 Carillon Parkway) to your right. Turn into the access road that takes you to the parking lot of St. Anthony's Outpatient Center. Take the elevator to the third floor. Directions from Tampa and Feather Sound: Take 275 to the second exit (Ulmerton). Go straight on Ulmerton for 3 lights. You will see St. Anthony's Outpatient Center on your left.
